A man who claimed he was driven to kill by the trauma he suffered in the Paddington rail crash in 1999 has won his appeal against a High Court ruling.

Now never meeting this man before. My guess is that prior to the accident he had some anger management issues, and afterward had some emotional issues, but to say that the train crash caused him to lash out and kill someone is removing all responsibility off of him. That is the society today, no one tacks responsibility for their actions, likewise the trains are messed up because no one will say, I messed up and need to work on it.
